"Invalid Timer Box" error

  1. So, Today I decided to open a July Timer Box I got from spinner but when It's ready and opened it, It said "Invalid Timer Box". I closed pimd and reopen it but the timer box was no longer in it. I didn't even received any doctor's note. Please help.

    I feel like the response you are going to get is do all troubleshooting and/or even thou it says that you still got the rewards...
    lol only saying that cuz a couple ppl Ik been saying that and haven’t got any reward...
