Ya girl is trying to get back into being healthy, that includes eating right and working out (or just working) haha Anywho, I made a diet plan and like... Tbh idk what I'm doing exactly but I've stuck with it so far for the past 3 days and I really like it. Any advice or suggestions, even maybe concerns are welcome!
Tbh very restrictive diets where you completely ban foods from yourself are gonna stress you out and possibly lead to binge eating (unless you're doing it for ethical or religious reasons that give you a reason to stay motivated). Moderation is key rather than banning of things. Especially w the banning of carbs which has no benefit (rice, pasta, etc) you're gonna get tired and be constantly hungry very quick.
This. I recommend seeing a nutritionist. I had to see one when I was beginning my recovery from anoxeria. Planned weight gain and planned weight loss is something you need to see a professional about. It's very clear from your planning that no professional contributed to it.
I'm unable to get a professional nutritionist unfortunately, but my diet plan was mostly based on foods that make me gain weight (I've noticed a trend) so I'm trying to stay away from them. I agree on moderation and over-eating anything can be harmful.
Even just speak with your general doctor about it? I mean just because it helps you lose weight doesn't necessarily mean it is meeting the requirements for nourishment.
You can eat the ones you used to it, as long as you have the discipline to moderate how much you intake along with working out.
My love for potatos are not reciprocated so cauliflower is my go to substitute for when i crave carbs but probs shouldn't be eating them. Also edamame beans are the bomb.
I’d cut sugar drinks out of your diet too. Just stick to water that’s what I do. It sucks but it helps.
AYY BRO THERES THIS GREEN SMOOTHIE I DRINK THATS GOOD AND HEALTHY. so you need: one banana (sliced) baby spinach greek yogurt chai seeds (optional but it helps) and add a little bit of water then u mix that shii up & viola! it’s rlly good
