How did the bookstore owner stay in business w his one customer that he sometimes gave books to for free
I too find this funny. Like I just imagine people without singing just like furiously gasping at her with a book.
Was it not also Belle's shared interest in reading that endeared the Beast to her? There was one scene in which she reads Romeo and Juliet with Beast and he had forgotten how to read, so she could help him relearn. I think it's starkly clear that this is symbolic of her helping him to regain his humanity but also that symbol of his class. The exaltation of reading and literacy in this story undoutedly influenced many people, especially girls, to read more books.
It’s because of my annoying singing. *cue instrumental* Let’s get down to business To defeat the Huns...
@Kefo Under the sea (Under the sea) Under the sea (Under the sea) Darling it's better Down where it's wetter Take it from me... Now sing this one
Up on the shore they work all day Out in the sun they slave away While we devotin Full time floatin UNDA DA SEA
Picking a favorite Disney princess is something I've never been good at. 😂 I've always loved Ariel. I have a minor itsy bitsy obsession with mermaids. 🌝 My uni-fin is probably one of my favorite swimming toys, and one day I will be strong enough to go diving with it!! The first time I went to Disney World, she was the first princess I had to see, and it was worth it. 😍😂 The only bday party of mine as a kid that I really remember was Ariel themed. But, I also love Belle. I'm French, she's French. I love reading, she loves reading. She is kind, compassionate and has a big heart, and I like to think I share those qualities. I had that yellow gown of hers when I was a kid that I wore until it literally fell apart. I loved the whole movie. Oh yeah, and she has food dance for her!! That's just amazing. 😆 In fact, I've pretty much read every book and fairy tale retelling based on some version of the Little Mermaid or Beauty and the Beast tales. I have found many other versions I enjoyed more than the Disney. But Disney songs are fire. 🔥
Pocahontas is my absolute favorite. She is kind and curious, sympathetic and understanding as well as strong-spirited and stands by her moral values, even in the face of danger and adversity. Plus, I legit cry every single time I see that Colors of the Wind scene. It's just so incredibly aesthetically pleasing and beautiful. She is the kind of person I think we need more of in the world.
My favorite Disney Princess has got to be Tiana! I grew up with princesses and Disney movies and I absolutely loved The Princess and The Frog! Tiana is a hardworking an strong individual who never needed a man to get things done! Tiana is the type of person that I hope to fully develop into! And Prince Naveen is just so dreamy! Gotta love him! I’d kiss a frog any day to get a prince like him! 😙🐸👉🤴💕
My favorite is princess jasmine. Aladdin is my fav movie. And I always related to her. We also had similar complexion so that had some to do with it lol
Growing up I had a HUGE crush on Ariel (ya ik she’s like half fish o whatevo) my mom even bought me an Ariel dolly, not even ashamed about it.
