  1. How many dns do you have to burn and how often do you have to do flash parties in order to secure a spot on the T100 leaderboard?

  2. It varies completely depending on the length of the hunt and popularity of it.

  3. Additionally, it can depend on your stats and max plunder. So there really isn’t a set answer.

  4. Depends how competitive the hunt is. Way back when I was still active and doing T100 every hunt, with my stats, I burn 4-5 dns per 12 flash cats. I usually flash around 2-3 times per day if the leaderboard is tough. That includes using CP as well.

  5. Your best bet for getting into T100 is opening boxes though. Also imo flashes help more with earning cash rather than drops. Joining a regular invite session club would be more useful. Don't use your DNs up. But if you do flash, it's like other people said ー there isn't really a rule of thumb as there's a lot of factors that determine it.

  6. Box opening can get pricey fast though. But if your smaller stats it might be the better way to go.

  7. Flashing is imo better, if you have stats, since you get cash and drops. Opening boxes are faster and effective, yes but you're not getting 500 in each box you open.

  8. Opening boxes for t100 is waaaay more expensive than flashes tho. A key and a dn both cost 10ecs but you can't guarantee 500 drops from a box. Each flash party as long as you're available and don't miss a ton of parties (and get max plunder and use at least 1 dn and probably a cp) you're guaranteed 500 drops per party. Is cheaper and both money-wise and pimd-wise since you either buy a $7 (cad) cat or pay 3/4 bentos whereas boxes can also be pricey to buy from ppl

  10. Oh. I solely opened boxes when I went for T100 once and finished rank 21. I suppose I could have saved money if I flashed instead. 🙃 I was always told that flashes are better if your goal is cash rather than hunt drops.

  11. Depends on your stats.

Personally unless there’s a promo, I don’t benefit from flashes in terms of cash so I do it for drops.

  12. I was less than 1mcs when I did it.

  13. 1x 12 flash cat = 6,000 drops (if you pay attention and don't miss any)
Let's say you probably used 10-12 dns + cp.
(You get 32 dns for $20)

If you open boxes, making the average drop you get is 350. You need atleast 15-18 keys or 150-180 ecs ($20)

All in all you get 12k+ drops from flashing for $20 than the 6k+ with opening boxes.

  14. In this case box opening was a better option.

  15. It's expensive to go after LB with small stats. Dis game is unfair as always

  16. Yeah I did spend quite a bit of money but at the same time, my earnings on here helped me be able to upgrade past 1mcs. And I got pretty avis. Kinda disappointed that I didn't go farther in the side stories (which I suppose flashes would help ensure) but it is what it is.

  17. Honestly, I just book for every flash and make it to the ones I can make it to and that usually ends up in me being atleast t100.

  18. At my stats, I only need 5 hits per party on vip and care pack for max drops.
So flashing is always the best way to go.

If you figure out how many hits you need for max plunder, you can figure out which method would be more cost efficient, flashing or boxes.
