I'm not sure about support tickets but for the ec offer wall make sure in your settings that you have video ads enabled then force close the app and try again.

 

For the help ticket issue, double check that your app is up to date

 

Please do all trouble shooting problems... such as check if your app is up to date, clear cache, and if those don’t work try to use WiFi or shut it off (sometimes this helps people don’t know why?). If none of those work please reinstall game! Make sure u save ur account first thou❤️

 

Try either updating the app or uninstall then reinstall. Make sure your acct is linked tho before you uninstall.

 

i have the same problem.. it has been like 2 mos since i tried sending a ticket but it wont send

Since the new forum, many bugs appered, like club ranks, i cant open my group chats, and when i open the timer boxes, i dont get any drops, it doesnt eve open the box, but ofc box is gone and i have to start Unlocking a new one.

Actually the same thing happened to me with the timer boxes. But everything is being counted(you get your drops). It happened to me whenever I would speed up my timer box process. So I guess the same happened to you . If you dont speed it up, you get to open the box normally with seeing what's inside
