How Do You Guys/Girls Feel About ATA

I don't like how some mods Totally ignore u when you wall them about mod stuff they should know or be able to do. And when u msg ATA in tickets about their game or concerns you have they give u a very vague reply. I think they do that cuz they don't know themselves or they just don't want to give us the deets😂 so I'm halfway about if they help us or not.

 

I want better looking avis and better looking hunt items and furni.....its been too bland lately i feel....

 

To be fair, moderators are only volunteers.

They do not get paid for helping, or are employed by ATA. I think a lot forget that moderators started as regular players too (and still are players), so sometimes they can’t be online all the time.

As for ATA, I’m sure they get a ton of tickets daily. It’s probably very difficult to answer each one perfectly.

 

They have to moderate all public channels of the game as well as forums to make sure everyone is following the ToU 😊

 

ATA has a wide variety of players to cater to and I would imagine it is very difficult to please such a diverse group of players. In every hunt, there will be people who love it and people who hate it and it's not necessarily a reflection of ATA doing a quality job or not- it's just a reflection of the players and their personal likes and dislikes. When ATA recycles avis and stuff like that, I think that can be considered them doing a poor job but also we get threads from nubs requesting recycled avis sometimes anyway so idk.

I feel like ata needs some help because this game is too expensive to have so many glitches. Like can they stop doing so much pay to play? Also I don't understand why people get silenced for stupid stuff meanwhile the pub is full of pe.dos. anyways I'm know I'm probably going to get harrassed for saying any of this but oh well...

 

I feel like they try hard to be inclusive to everyone's lifestyle and cultures and I truly appreciate it.

 

B2b hunts are dumb.

 

Referring to the moderators that's true they don't get paid.. but they did have to apply for the "job" so I feel like they knew what they was getting into..😬

 

If they didn't charge for extra things, they would have no money to pay the staff to fix the glitches or put out quality work.

Regardless, some people will decide to spend and some won't.

Report glitches and the more well known they are to ATA, the the better they can do in fixing the problems

But all I’m saying is that it’s important to remember that they do have lives too, so they can’t be on 24/7 😊

 

A break from hunt would be nice imo. I can only imagine getting better doing so.

I'm still mad about the time help replied with a shrug emoji tbh, but poor customer service especially irks me.

I think overall, ATA is doing a great job. They cater to a wide variety of cultures across the world, and it's better to not love every single hunt. Then you wouldn't have favorites. Over my time on the game, I've enjoyed that it's evolved a lot, keeping it interesting, and that they maintain the app well. Major bugs are addressed pretty quickly and updates are released often

I do agree that avatar recycling feels lazy, but there are many that are asked for again. I've been more bothered when they have released avatars that seemed poorly drawn or rushed. I also find recycling of misc items to be lazy, and that also bothers me. Items are tradeable for the most part, and I think it's nicer to have exclusive items you earned during your time playing that aren't recycled.
