  1. Hi! I'm ArchaeologistHistorian, or you can call me "History". After seeing PIMD's 8th Birthday, and watching my favorite YouTuber talk about his past in WoW, it gave me a thought. What if I was to dig up the past and see how PIMD was when it was first out? Well, in this series, I'll be getting my answers, hopefully from all Veteran PIMD players as I interview them and they tell me what they experienced.

Some might go into complete detail, others make it short, sweet, and simple. Either case, I want to welcome all of you to:

    PIMD History

Thank you all for joining me and once again, welcome to PIMD History. It's a series where I talk to Veterans of PIMD about their experience of when the game was released and so on. As more veterans get interviewed, better questions get asked. My next Veteran Interview is Legendary -Quinn-. She was part of the Ordo Family and the Ordo Clubs until she made her switch to Harem in 2013. She is also an organizer of wars and an enthusiast for wars. She created one called OldvsNew which is happening Feb 23rd. Make sure to sign up cause I'll be there. She is now the Mod that we all know and love. -Quinn- thank you for being here with me today.

-Quinn-: I'm honoured to be here quite honestly.

Without further ado, lets get into this interview!

So youve been playing for a long time, probably since PIMD was new. What made you wanna download the game or made it so unique to you?

-Quinn-:I came upon PIMD by chance. I was actually play the now defunkt tap tap revenge. I got bored waiting for a new song so I downloaded this. when I opened, I didn't expect it to be fun because of the chat feature and the wars.

Wait, you downloaded this game cause you was waiting for a new song?

-Quinn-:yes  my download in tap tap was taking too long. pimd downloaded faster than my song.

I'm gonna be honest with all you: that was the most bizarre answer I've ever received.

PIMD has changed a lot in the past 8 years. What is it about this game, that you still cling on to, and makes you keep playing?

-Quinn-:I would say the friends I found here. there are quite a few people whom I can say I would always go back to whenever they call me back. some of them I met IRL.

A lot of people have either forgotten about the PvP aspect of the game, or don't know anything about it. Can you tell me about the Wars and the PvP aspect of the game when it was as you would say, "in its prime?"

-Quinn-:back in the day, we didn't have parties. so we farm for money. we have inactive farms on our CA in Ordo but the best part is always the wars. war got me playing the game and is definitely the best part. Back in Ordo, I got the taste of how system wars are done. Zameer, Mulva, Kimwiches, they taught me how to war, how to report, what to do and just about everything. when we win, we literally flood campus with congratulations and thank yous to opponents for the great war. after Ordo, I went merc-ing until I became a Deaddoll.  like Wallace said, going against Deaddolls are very difficult because we almost always win. but the best part of wars would be BoS. I started to join bos in its third installment. it was exhilarating  and it was where I got a chance to make LondonRapper leak for almost 48 hours. (Sorry Jay, it had to be said) but I didn't stop there, I did organize some all-filipino wars until I ended up one of the organizers of BoS itself. my most memorable BoS was BoS5 I think, girls won and I didn't sleep for full 48 hours  after war was done, I pass out on the bed and fell to the floor. woke up 12 hours later with a bruise  DEFINITELY WORTH IT THOUGH

For those of you that don't know, BoS stood for Battle of the Sexes. 2 clubs, 1 club is all male, 1 club is all females. They would go at it for 48 hours, but since the game changed, they'd go for 24 hours. What I just said should not be taken the wrong way. ?

Gifts are always accepted, no matter what they are. But theres always one special gift that puts a smile on your face. What was that one special gift and who was it from?

-Quinn-:similar to Wallace, I was gifted that Frank's tank. I will never forget Hatake Grinder or HG as we call him. he said he just saw me on campus and saw I didn't have a tank, so he gifted me. it was so random and I didn't know how to thank him for such generosity.

This Frank Tank must be an item of high importance. I'd love to see what this item looks like and how much it costs.

I know playing a game like this, communication is always important and making new friends is always a good sign. Who made an impact in your life and do you still talk to him/her/them today still?

-Quinn-:there's too many! From the Ordo family, I have a few whom I still have contact with. quite a few fellow Filipino players too whom i've met IRL. and one particular clubmate whom I owe so much. I wouldn't be who I am now if it weren't for my clubmate.

So Quinn, you applied and was chosen by Ata to become a moderator. What was going through your mind when they gave you that position?

-Quinn-:I was shocked, because I started applying like 2012 and never got through until 2017  5 years of trying!

Wow. It took her 5 whole years to get that position. This statement proves it is not easy to become a mod. A lot of patience is required.

What was your first day like when you became a mod? Were you bombarded with so many wall posts and follows that you felt you were carrying the world on your shoulders?

-Quinn-first day was funny actually  I got hit and Steven DTW him before I even got to hit back I anticipated the wall posts, follows, haters and hits but I expected to be able to hit back  oh well. being a moderator for me isn't a burden at all, I've known what I was signing up for and I've always wanted to help more

Back to the PvP aspect, tell me about the history of Sfws, otherwise known as Strip Farm Wars. What club or player is/was Legendary in that category?

-Quinn-:from my view, sfw started when terror farmed ordo. before then, I didn't think you can call it sfw because not many hit back. as far as SFW Legendary status is concerned, of course I'd say Playmates & 00_Steven's Harem hands down.

Well Quinn, we have finally reached the finish line in this interview! It is a tradition that I ask of you to let the PIMD Community know how you're doing in life. You don't have to answer if you dont want to.

-Quinn-:life is good to me lately and I hope it continues. don't forget to watch out for the roster that's coming out in a few days for the New vs Old war. it's gonna be fun! 

I'll definitely make sure to be there. And everyone else that has signed up, make sure you're there too. This is something you definitely dont want to miss out on especially if you invested your time into this series to learn about PIMD's history from the Veteran's themselves. Quinn, thank you so much for taking the time out of your day to answer these questions and telling us your experience from Old School PIMD.

-Quinn-thank you as well for letting me share and great job, History! I really enjoy your threads!

4 episodes, a whole series based on Veterans telling all of us about their past in PIMD. So many good memories for them to reminisce off of, so many experiences a lot of players such as myself, wish we could have. I'm glad to not only just talk to these Veterans, but to also become a new friend. Learning about the history is probably the best thing these Veterans could ever give.

If youve missed out on any of the other Legendary Interviews, heres the link to each thread, that way you won't need to search! Enjoy!
