In the next few weeks we'll be releasing an update to PIMD that introduces a number of new roles to the existing club structure. Each role will come with it's own specific set of abilities, and aims to make the work of club management both easier and more transparent. The President replaces the previous Club Owner position. They have complete control over all Club features, abilities, and member management. Starting Slots: 1 Max Slots: 1 Slot Purchase Price: n/a The Vice President replaces the previous Club Admin position. They are able to Kick Club Members, Start Wars, Change User Roles/Titles, Unlock Additional Role Slots, Manage Club Applications, Enable and Disable Join Requests, Mute Members in Club Chat, Start/Forfeit Parties, and Edit Club Notices + Club Page. Starting Slots: 1 Max Slots: 3 Slot Purchase Price: 250B Cash Executives are able to Start Wars, Change User Roles/Titles, Unlock Additional Role Slots, Manage Club Applications, Enable and Disable Join Requests, Mute Members in Club Chat, Start/Forfeit Parties, and Edit Club Notices + Club Page. Starting Slots: 1 Max Slots: 5 Slot Purchase Price: 100B Cash Bounceforcer are able to Kick Club Members, Manage Club Applications, and Mute Members in Club Chat. Starting Slots: No Limit Max Slots: No Limit Slot Purchase Price: n/a Note: Specific actions can only be taken against Club Members of a rank lower than your own Club Name Change This is a new feature being added with the Club Role update that allows a club to change their Club Name for 100 Extra Credits Note: When you change your club name, the existing name will be available for anyone to claim. Club Chat Muting This is another new feature being added with the Club Role update that allows those with the appropriate abilities to Mute specific players from posting in Club Chat for ONE HOUR. Muting players is done in the Club Management member list. Important Note Regarding Admins When this transition to the new Club Roles system is implemented all members other than the Club Owner will have their ranks automatically set to Full Member. Owners will then need to manually assign ranks to their members using the new Club Roles. If your club does not have an active owner, players can follow the following procedure to appoint a new owner before the new club roles go live: Have 3 Admins leave feedback requesting a transfer of ownership and stating which player they would like ownership transferred to. Have 1 Club Member email support@athinkingape.com informing us of this request, and list the names of Club Members who have sent in feedback. For clubs with fewer than 3 active admins: All active admins must leave feedback requesting a transfer of ownership and stating which player they would like ownership transferred to. For clubs with no active admins: At least 50% of the active club members must leave feedback requesting a transfer of ownership and stating which player they would like ownership transferred to.
Can you be both Bounce forcer and party jockey? Because if not there just isn't enough slots with enough powers. You have several admins for different time zones, and when only some will be able to start parties and some only acccept it'll be rather annoying/stupid in my opinion. You need a few more "executive" slots that cover the existing admin roles that we have with the same similar abilities. In my opinion anyway as a club owner.
Would be cool if clubs had their own armory and bank players could donate to in order to collectively purchase items from a "club store". Eg. Donate EC to club to buy hypnocat or gift members. So these items would specifically belong to the club.
Curious...is the club owner/president responsible for paying the fee involved in promoting a member or is the promotee responsible for buying their rank? Does an open slot mean anyone can buy their way up the ranks? Or are Promoted Ranks by invite only via owner? Lots of details to clarify imo.. -concerned owner
